Community Market Vendor Application

Now accepting applications for 2026 (May 15-16, 2026)

Now accepting vendor applications for our Community Market at the Northeast Coffee Festival! We are anticipating 8-10,000 attendees over the two day event. Coffee Industry Vendors will be given priority. Vendors must commit to both days. Non-coffee industry vendors are welcome to apply and will be considered based on availability. Apply early – space is limited!

Saturday, May 16th

  • 7am - Vendor Set Up

  • 8am - Open for Business

  • 8pm - Closed for Business and Start Breakdown
